Returns are available 10 days from the delivery date (confirmed by tracking) for LIMITED items.
Full money back refunds less shipping cost will be issued for unopened / unused products that can be resold. Refunds will be promptly issued after product inspection.
Products that are opened will be handled on a case by case basis. If there is a defect of some sort, we will offer a full or partial refund, replacement or store credit depending on the circumstances. Usually this will be dependent on whether Young Living will refund the item.
A defect is not a color or smell variation as this is inherent within different batches of Young Living product. A defect is not "I didn't like the smell". A defect will be considered a defect if Young Living considers it a product defect.
If your diffuser is under 6 months and no longer working, We will contact Young Living on your behalf for replacement or repair.
Shipping for returns will be paid by Holistic Wellness Products LLC if there is a product defect or if we are at fault in any way.
